Feedback and Corrections
EK Strategies aims to publish research and analysis that is accurate, transparent and open to evidence-based challenge. We welcome feedback that helps us correct factual errors, clarify important context and improve the quality of our work.
How to Send Feedback
If you believe an EK Strategies publication contains a factual error, an incorrect quotation, translation or attribution, an error in data or a materially misleading omission, please email us at corrections@ekstrategies.org.
A disagreement with our analysis, emphasis or opinion is not by itself evidence of a factual error. However, we will consider relevant primary documents, verifiable observations and credible alternative explanations.
What to Include
the URL and title of the publication;
the exact passage, image, caption, table or metadata you are concerned about;
a clear explanation of the possible error or omission;
links or references to supporting evidence, where available;
your contact details if you would like us to follow up;
an indication if any submitted material is confidential or may create a safety risk.
Please do not send personal or sensitive information that is not necessary for us to understand the issue.
How We Review Feedback
We review substantive feedback against the publication, its cited sources and other relevant evidence. We may ask the author, another editor or a subject specialist to examine the issue. Where appropriate, privacy, security or legal considerations may also be reviewed.
We read all feedback, but we may not be able to provide an individual response to every message. The time required depends on the complexity of the issue and the evidence available, so we do not promise a fixed response time.
Feedback is assessed on its evidence. The identity, position or affiliation of the person submitting it does not by itself establish or invalidate a claim.
How Corrections Are Published
If we confirm a material factual error, we correct the publication and add a clearly labelled, dated Correction note to the original page. The note explains what was wrong, what was changed and, where relevant, whether the change affects the publication’s main finding or confidence assessment.
Important clarifications are labelled “Clarification”. New information that became available after publication may be labelled “Update”. Minor spelling, formatting or technical fixes may be made without a public note when they do not change meaning.
We retain the original publication date and update the page’s last-modified date when a substantive change is made. EK Strategies does not maintain a separate public corrections log at this stage.
Privacy, Safety and Confidentiality
Personal data submitted with feedback is used only as needed to review, document and communicate about the request, subject to our Privacy Policy. Please tell us if material is confidential or could create a safety risk.
Submitting a correction request does not require EK Strategies to disclose confidential sources, restricted evidence or information that cannot responsibly be made public.
