ahead of the State Duma elections.
Through regional media, blogs, and
social media platforms,
we are
reaching millions of Russians with
messages about peace,
change, and
the possibility of a normal life.
Through targeted support formats,
we are helping local,
regional, and
national organizations and political
actors
The EK Strategic Communications
Center has brought together
dozens
of independent projects, experts,
bloggers, and activists
as part
of the campaign.
We work through text and video
formats to communicate
the ideas
of change to regional, apolitical,
and broader audiences
âIt is important for us to reach
audiences that independent media
often cannot access. Circumventing
tightening censorship
is not an easy
task, but we are clearly succeeding.
Every day, comments by
the âLegion of Elvesâ are seen
by tens of thousands of Russians
on VKontakte.
We are also generating discussions
about urgent problems,
change,
and the elections. Over the past
quarter, there were more
than 83,993
such discussionsâ
âAcross all indicators, we see that
the system is under strain
and that
public demand for change is growing.
Ahead of the elections, our campaign
explains in plain language
that Russia
already has everything it needs
to live
well here and now.
What stands in the way is an unhinged
former KGB officer who has
spent years
tormenting the country and launched
a war against
a neighboring state.
We are doing everything we can to
stop
the Kremlin. This is a campaign
of genuine patriotism and actionâ
